Agile Transformation Intern/ By agreement
• Full-time student currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university majoring in an appropriate IT/ Business or closely related field; • Education-level experience with software design, business management, technology management, or similar field of study • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle processes (SDLC) • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Emerging leadership skills • Passionate about understanding people / teams in various stages of Agile environment • Ability to work and communicate effectively as a member of a cross- functional team.
• Assist Agile Transformation Office in building and supporting high performing agile teams and help them achieve and maintain productivity. • Utilize data from tools such as Jira to guide product teams on leading and lagging performance indicators • Assist Agile Transformation Office in evaluating the effective usage of processes, tools, and Agile culture • Assist Agile Transformation Office in managing impediments, eliminating waste and directing the team to foster an environment where they do their best work. • Assisting Agile Transformation Office in building an analytical representation or an illustration to model the business processes • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
